AM, Mid, and Closing Shift Job Duties
Provide excellent customer service. Take orders, deliver food and beverages. Check-in on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meal and take action to correct any problems. Act as a cashier in a timely manner and process payment methods properly though our point of sales system (Micros). Assist in answering phone calls to take to-go orders for the restaurant and direct motel reservations/requests to the front desk. Prepare food, keep service station stocked and clean. Sanitize the dining room. Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff. Assist coworkers. Other duties as assigned.
Restrictions: 18 years of age or older, must be able to lift 15 pounds
Starting Pay: $11.73/hr + Tips
